Gambrinus Organic Pilsner Malt
This very low-protein organic base malt is versatile in a wide range of beer styles, including Pilsner, Kolsch, pale lager, Belgian ales, session IPAs and blonde ales. Expect delicate flavors of sugar cookie, grain, honey and bread along with distinctive nutty character and suggestions of fresh barley. Made from two-row barley grown and malted in Canada.
